Returns and Extranges
Returns and Exchanges: Our returns and exchanges policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return or Exchange: To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to complete your return or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable):Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a specified number of days. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there might be some processing time before a refund is posted.
